Fourth Target Batch

Batch04 of Target Selection focuses on structure determination of RNA riboswitches. Riboswitches are noncoding mRNA elements which bind small-molecule metabolites with high affinity and specificity and regulate the expression of associated genes [Edwards and Ferré-d’Amaré, 2006, Structure 14,1459-1468]. Batch_04 consists of eight RNA riboswitch elements from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (1), Brucella melitensis (1), Bacillus anthracis (2) Listeria monocytogenes (1), Staphylococcus aureus (1) and Clostridium perfringens (2).
